Garlic oil is extracted from the bulb of allium sativum, commonly known as garlic. Main active ingredient of the oil is Allicin. Allicin is hardly soluble in water but it is easily soluble in organic solvent. Allicin has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-fatigue and antioxidant properties.
